Gosport Property Swap, a website from Dimon Estate Agents, is our latest idea to bring buyers and sellers together with a view to swapping their properties. Swapping your property offers a quicker and easier way to move avoiding long chains and the problems often associated with them.

Please note that a commission fee would be payable by you to us if a successful swap was achieved and this would be agreed and confirmed to you before any sale was agreed. If your home is currently listed with another Estate Agent you will need to check the terms and conditions of your current Agency Agreement.
